(0) 🌟 Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service Pep Boys advertises that they service commercial vehicles, so I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 PM to have tires installed on my Van Ram ProMaster 3500. When I arrived, I specifically asked the staff before anything else if they were able to install tires on my van. I wanted to make sure they could handle it before wasting anyone’s time. The employee clearly told me, “Yes, absolutely. We do that here.” After waiting until 4:30 PM—a full three hours—the employee at the front desk finally told me they were not going to work on my vehicle after all because they “don’t service that vehicle.” The excuse I was given was even more unacceptable: the crew was tired and had been busy all day, so they weren’t going to do it. Then I was told there was nothing he could do. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If you don’t service a vehicle, say so when the customer arrives—not after making them sit in the waiting room for three hours. If the real reason is that the technicians don’t want to work on it because they’re tired, that’s even worse. I lost valuable time because of your staff’s lack of professionalism, poor c

I had a flat tire and ended up at Pep Boys feeling overwhelmed and in tears. I want to sincerely thank Joey, who wasn’t even on the clock, for taking the time to help me. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to assist when he didn’t have to meant more than he probably realizes. Employees like Joey are the reason customers come back. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by another employee, Chrispin. While my younger brother was quietly sitting in the car, Chrispin aggressively asked him, “What are you looking at?” in a confrontational tone. My little brother was scared and did nothing to deserve being spoken to that way. As a customer who was already dealing with a stressful situation, it was upsetting and completely unprofessional to approach my little brother who was sitting in the car waiting for me to sort things out. Joey deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service, and will had been a five star review for the business as he is a 5 star employee. Management should address how customers and their families are spoken to. Respect and professionalism should always come first because he was even rude to some of the workers who assisted me at the regist

PHOTOS INCLUDED! DANGEROUS SERVICE AND APPALLING MANAGEMENT. I brought my car here for a brake and caliper replacement. (As I have for years) Before paying, I checked the car in the parking lot and found the technician completely left off the tension clip (an essential component of the braking system) from the caliper assembly. This is a life-threatening safety hazard for my wife and kids who use this car daily, if we had driven off, the brakes could have failed. When I confronted the store manager ADOLFO he was incredibly rude, took zero accountability, and dismissively said, "People make mistakes." He didn't care at all and told me to go ahead when I threatened to call corporate. It wasn't until I said I was filing a formal state complaint that he finally backed down and tried to make things better. As a loyal customer who has come here many times, this level of incompetence and lack of care is terrifying. I shouldn't have to act as the quality control inspector in the parking lot to ensure my family's safety. PLEASE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEIR PROPERTY. THEY ARE VERY NEGLIGENT!!! The first picture is how the technician released my vehicle. (Missing tension clip) T

I dropped my car off at 11 and was able to come and pick it up within 2 oil. They did an oil change but forgot to do a factory reset, but the gentleman at the front desk (cant remember his name but he had glasses) was so kind and walked out to the front with me and did it for me and also apologized. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you to everyone for being so kind!

Walked in with two tires to see if I could get replacements. Was looking to drop off and pick up a couple days later. They were too busy and would not accept an appointment or take the business, regardless of how long I left them. The employee strongly recommended NTB in Germantown, I’d have to make the same recommendation.
